What's the process of working with E.M Customs.
We manage your production from sample development, through bulk manufacturing, to delivery supervision. You approve samples first, then production is coordinated with our partner factories.
How do you accept payment?
We accept payment via bank transfer. Payment information can be found on your invoice.
Sample costs are paid in full prior to development. Bulk production requires 50% deposit before manufacturing and the remaining 50% before shipment.

What is your minimum order quantity?
Most production projects require 100–300 units per style depending on complexity and manufacturing partner.
Do I need a technical pack or professionally drawn designs?
Having a tech pack or clear design references ensures accurate sampling and production, but we can guide you if you only have sketches.
Does E.M Customs support clients before, during, and after production?
Yes, we oversee the entire process: sampling, bulk production, and delivery supervision.
Can E.M Customs assist with sourcing sustainable materials?
Yes, we help identify suitable fabrics and materials that align with your brand and project requirements.
