Order process times
Our orders are processed within 1-3 business days. During seasonal times like Black Friday and Christmas, order processing can take up 5 business days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order.
Shipping times
We ship from our warehouse located in Luxembourg. We contently ship Worldwide.
* For on demand products you can count the customisation time ( 3-7 days + shipping )
- Orders shipped within Luxembourg will arrive within 2-3 business days.
- Orders shipped to Europe / non-Europe will arrive within 5-10 business days.
- Orders shipped worldwide will arrive within 5-10 business days.

Local pickup
We currently offer free pickup at our Studios located in Esch-sur-Alzette / Luxembourg. At checkout, select the pickup option and make your purchase. After you receive your order confirmation, you will receive a second email stating that we are preparing your order. Pickup orders are generally ready for pickup within 2-4 days. If your placed your order after business hours, your order will be prepared the following day.
Please bear in mind that these times are for the shipment by the carrier. These do not take into account customs delays in certain countries which may slow these times down. This is unfortunately out of our control and we cannot be held liable for any delays due to customs or extenuating circumstances such as bad weather etc.
Please allow an extra couple of days for shipping during busy periods such as sales or public holidays.
*Exceptions Certain types of items like perishable goods; custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Will only be shipped out after fulfillment as specified on the products description.
Miranda Clothing line reserves the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice and to delay dispatch of items until the customer has confirmed correct postal address or confirmed it is a legitimate order by providing identification. The customer takes full responsibility for consequences of providing incorrect information - Miranda Clothing line is not responsible for issuing refunds or sending replacements.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Import Tax: Please be advised that for countries outside the EU, as well as the Canary Islands, there may be customs and VAT charges that the customer will be responsible for.
Miranda Clothing line does not accept responsibility for items being delayed through customs/security checks or adverse weather conditions. There are no refunds on shipping costs unless Miranda Clothing line or their courier is responsible for the error.
In certain circumstances such as large orders, we may use alternate couriers such as UPS / DHL / FedEx / or other.
